Hsiao-Wen Lo

Hsiao-Wen (Ginger) Lo established Lo’s Café and Dining in 2017 after she recognised the need for a quality café in Karratha.
When Ms Lo first immigrated to regional WA, she worked in hospitality as a waitress and barista at a local Karratha hotel.
Driven by her dream to open an Asian fusion café, Ms Lo established a cleaning business to generate the savings she would need to pursue this goal.
She employed 16 staff cleaning 100 houses per week.
Since opening her café, Ms Lo has made additional contributions to the local community including partnering with the Karratha and Districts Chamber of Commerce and Industry to deliver a Women in Business Pilbara event in 2022.
