Andrew Sugiaputra is the managing director of Golden Sedayu and Golden Group. Throughout his career, he has led several landmark developments, including the $3.8 billion Burswood Point development, which will include 4,500 residential properties, 91,000 square metres of commercial and retail space, and 110,000sqm of parkland and public open spaces. In addition to Burswood Point, Mr Sugiaputra has delivered more than 3,500 lots in master-planned estates and the $140 million Golden Square office building, further cementing his track record in large-scale residential and commercial developments. He also spearheaded the acquisition of Belmont Racecourse and a lease agreement with Synergy, Western Australia's state-owned Electricity Retail Corporation. Mr Sugiaputra holds a Degree in Civil Engineering (Hon) from the University of Western Australia.
