Andrew Hopkins is a Perth-based entrepreneur with interests in the automotive and property sectors.
He migrated to Perth in 2005 after selling UK-based Gemini Accident Repair Centres, which he established with his twin brother Tim. In 2009, he established Gemini Accident Repair Centres in Perth, taking the business national. Over the same period, his twin brother has rebuilt a new Gemini accident repair business in the UK. The brothers are co-owners of Gemini Property Group, which has a commercial and residential property portfolio, and is actively involved in large-scale projects in the UK and Australia. Its portfolio included Aqua Resort and Swings & Roundabouts winery in WA’s South West.
In September 2015, ASX-listed AMA Group announced the acquisition of Gemini Accident Repair Centres (in Australia). Mr Hopkins became a shareholder and director of AMA Group and chief executive of the AMA Panel business.
