The company operates the Duketon Gold Project in Western Australia's North Eastern Goldfields, holds a 30% interest in the Tropicana Gold Mine, and is developing the McPhillamys Gold Project in New South Wales.

In 2026, Regis proposed a merger with Vault Minerals to expand its Australian gold portfolio.
