Consolidated Minerals (Consmin) is a manganese ore producer with mining operations in Australia and Ghana, and with headquarters in Jersey.
It owns the Woodie Woodie mine in the Pilbara which was put on care and maintenance in early 2016 but re-opened in late 2017 after the company's previous owner, Ukranian billionaire Gennadiy Bogolyubov, sold the business to China-based Ningxia Tianyuan Manganese Industry Co in May 2017.
